I actually watched all 90 minutes of this documentary and all I can say is The Weather Underground should still be under the jail somewhere and not teaching the next generation of murderers. This video does not even address the full scope of the groups plans which envisioned 25 million Americans resisting the communist wave who would have to be executed. They planned re-education camps for soft resistance hold outs. Toward the end, one member says the revolution is coming just not as fast as they’d hoped.
WIOD has dropped the first hour of Glenn Beck citing a “ratings hole”. I was completely freaked this morning driving to work at 9 am with no Beck and no explanation – just Cefalo blathering on about Sex offenders under bridges. I checked the web site and there was the schedule change so I emailed them for a reason. I won’t list who passed along this depressing information because I have not been given permission to forward it, but in general Clear Channel is saying that Beck’s 1st hour was a huge drop off from Jimmy Cefalo. Cefalo is a carbon neutral program. He has no opinion about anything. He lofts a toxic subject and then agrees with all callers offering no opinions one way or another. It’s a black hole of a program and I just can’t bring myself to listen to it. So. One hour of Glenn Becck has been replaced with a black hole. From 9 to 10 am I will be surfing Sirius for Church or Ingrahm. Me? I find it impossible to believe that Cefalo is more popular than Beck. Certainly no one listening to Cefalo is interested in Beck style programming. They are too far apart. My fear is that WIOD is getting ready for the crack down on talk radio and trimming the conservative shows as unobtrusively as possible. Mark Levin will rejoice – until they cancel him altogether.
Lindsey Graham continues to be a complete waste of skin. Seriously. How did he get elected? At least pretend you are somewhat undecided and waiting for the hearings, dude. Have some self respect.
And So It Goes in Shreveport is keep tabs on the Tribute to Michael Jackson in butter. I’m going to have to go Cefalo on this one and remain neutral. Ever since seeing the Last Tango in Paris I just think butter and the human body should remain separate. K-Y. Now THAT would be a tribute.

A liberal friend sent me a link to Rolling Stones paranoia meltdown re: Goldman Sachs. I haven’t read it yet. Why does a liberal rag like Rolling Stone care anyway. I thought they WANTED the One World Order. Did they think no one would be running it? Idiots.
I watched Knowing with Nick Cage on Saturday and I’m not sure if I liked it or loathed it. I always enjoy the digital destruction of NY, don’t get me wrong – but it was quietly pushing the Pentacostal tradition of prediction disasters – a religion founded by virtue of the fact that they predicted the 1906 San Francisco quake. My son asked – why are they taking the bunnies and not other people? Why save the bunnies? To which I automatically answered: They’ll need something to eat. This brought my head front and center to the fact that I have food issues related to my new “Urban Survival” mindset – and – I’m ok with that. Reproduce like bunnies, bunnies.
