Good lord! There was a caller to Glenn Beck who says her husband is divorcing her because she’s a conservative. She fears he’s going to use her politics against her with that document released yesterday to prove she’s an unfit mother BECAUSE SHE IS A CONSERVATIVE.
Are you kidding me? That’s insane.
Her first mistake was marrying a hard core liberal, but having done that why in the world would you ever discuss politics with your spouse if you KNOW they are not in any way interested in your views. This is why we have a secret ballot, baby. You tell your lovable squid that, “Why Yes! Yes I AM voting for the destruction of the Republic right there along with you. I’m all for bigger government, higher taxes, class warfare, government entitlements turning the populace into worker drones for the government and beggaring my kids by electing representatives who vote to quadrupuple the national debt so Myrtle Beach can have much sandier beaches. I’m all in hunny bunch.” If he’s any good in bed then – as guys have taught us – whatever ya gotta say to get properly laid is fair play. Then go vote for the people you believe in and nullify the crap out of that liberal vote.

I’m against divorce.
I’m especially against divorce because of politics. It’s not that important. Kids. Finances. Sex. THOSE things are important. Politics? Kind of sort of important, but a girl has to prioritize. If your contribution to the Republic is to cancel out a bad vote then that’s good enough.
It’s harder for moms, though. We don’t suffer through the horrors of child birth and the tribulations of raising the little varmits just to release them into hell on earth. Conservative women really need to get a check list before saying “I do.”

Cindy from S. Carolina called in with the same problem. She’s already divorced. Her ex is hammering her in court for supporting Sarah Palin and wanting to take her daughter to a Tax Day tea party. Her daughter is eight. Old enough to learn about the political process. Hell she could get married under Sharia law to a 50 year old man. Sharia law is coming to a court near you, soon. One world government. I can’t wait.

Answer: Yeah – kinda. But you’re close. “No free ride for illegals … except out!” or something like that. Not really a tax theme though.
