Croatia is running out of money. And when Croatia runs out of money it’s not like when WE run out of money. I mean they REALLY run out of money. Croatia is in my top ten “must go there before I die” places because the people areamazingly nice and the beaches are beautiful. So I keep a eye on the news there for “someday”.
Garrison Keillor’s mocking of AIG employees is not funny. The death threats are very real and – if I understand the rules correctly – Congress just passed a tax law that breaks the ex post facto amendment of the Constitution to retroactively go after private citizens. This is all in line with Obama’s “Economic Justice” crusade. His end goal is reparations for slavery. So. Laugh now at AIG, but every single one of us are easy pickings now that the rule of law no longer applies. Very scary times we live in and not even kind of funny.
