This has become quite common in Paris and it can be traced to the arab slums of the city. Remember that Algeria was once an actual "provence" of France. It's the usual story ... we see it all over the world. They bring in folks to work; these folks turn areas into ghettos; they harm themselves; blame the system; are instigated by "community organizers"; attack the evil bourgeous! Mon Dieu! Bride,
